一、 Before starting the high speed press machine：

Make the equipment spot check work, pay special attention to the transmission and guiding parts of the machine to make sure they are normal, and check if the operation is sensitive.

二、When the press machine working ：
a） Before initiating, the operation personnel of high speed press machine should pay attention to whether the clamping institutions firm enough.

b） When high speed press machine operating, it is strictly prohibit to operate with gloves, prohibit to measure and take unloading workpieces before the machine not stop stability .
c）When high speed press machine cutting, should pay attention to the smear metal maybe hurtful, for the good toughness workpiece, should use the special  hasp iron to clear away.
d） Once found the lathe work in abnormal situation should immediately stop for inspection.

三、After the high speed press machine stop：
After every shift production, operation staff should clean around of the machine, to clear away the hasp iron, to pour oil into the guide and lubrication system for a protection.
