An interlocking mechanism of the utility model comprises a pivoting base arranged between a flywheel output gear and a crankshaft, the eccentric position of the pivoting base is opened with a shaft hole which is arranged for a driven end of the crankshaft passing exactly.

With the employment of the interlocking mechanism, the crankshaft is forced to do variable-speed circular motion when  the  crankshaft  in rotating state. The utility model overcomes the defects of  the known structure, and the utility model  is  capable of shortening the contacting time of the punch head and pieces during punching procedure, the damage caused by long-time high heat is reduced.
