Feature of high speed gear feeder

This model is suitable for high speed, high precision feeding processing, feeding length adjusting is done by the transposition of
1-4 pieces gear wheel.

1.       Most suitable for processing the products requiring high feeding accuracy at a high speed.
2.       This is the feeder enjoying widest range of applications covering thin to thick material, length from short to long and
width from wide to narrow.
3.       Without need of plate thickness adjustment. Feeding length can be altered by changing the gear.
4.       Specifications
(1)       Intermittent roll feed is adopted in the cam driving system.
(2)       Feeding length is altered by changing 2 to 4 pieces of gears.
(3)       The system is driven by lower roll. The upper roll is pressed by the spring.
(4)       Manual change of the air valve is used to release the upper and lower rolls when inserting the material.
(5)       Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated automatically.
(6)       Upper and lower rolls are hard chrome plated.
(7)       Slackening device is eccentricity cam, so slackening angle is within 0⁰~180⁰, and is adjustable.
